Past Projects

Merrill Avenue Brownstones is a mixed-use infill project located adjacent to Riverside Plaza.  The Project has been design to emulate east coast brownstones as found in Brooklyn.  The Merrill Avenue Brownstones will have 108 apartments and 1200 square feet of retail plus community amenities.  The apartments are three story walk ups with individual enclosed garages off of a private gated street.  The amenities include a club house, fitness room, enhanced landscaped courtyards, pool and spa, outdoor lounge area including barbeques and multimedia.

The project will be integrated into Riverside Plaza through site plan design and pedestrian connectivity, redesigned Merrill Avenue to enhance the retail and pedestrian experience, and created a design solution with a high degree of architectural integrity.  Riverside Plaza is one of the premier centers in the City of Riverside and includes Regal Theaters, Trader Joes, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, Forever 21, Vons and numerous restaurants and shops.
