Past Projects

Approximately 0.97AC in the Old Town District, has become a vibrant mixed-use live/work project anchoring two of the City’s main corridors. It was the intent of the City to add residences to the Old Town core while attracting new businesses along the Prospect Avenue and the Main Street edges.  The project includes a 9,000 square foot, two story commercial building and 12 for-sale residential live/work units that sit above a retail space creating a true downtown main street. The project also transformed a dirty urban alley into an active pedestrian corridor with store front office and retail.

The residential/retail component was designed with references to the unique Victorian/Main Street architectural character that currently exists in downtown Tustin.  Prospect Village has an FAR of 1 with approximately 8,200 square feet of commercial was added as well as 4,500 square feet restaurant space, 5,000 square feet of office space and 22,000 square feet of residential for sale housing.  The live/work homes have separate access to the store front retail and residential front doors.  The residences have a gate guarded entrance and two car garages. Prospect Village is completed, fully occupied and has made a great addition to Old Town Tustin.
